Deal: Wenger Vieli advised viboo on its EUR 3.3m financing round

Wenger Vieli advised viboo, a Swiss Climate- and PropTech start-up, on all Swiss legal aspects of its EUR 3.3 million financing round. The round was led by Realyze Ventures, joined by Zürcher Kantonalbank, existing investors HTGF and Swisscom, as well as further new investors.

Founded in 2022 and rooted in research at Empa and ETH Zurich, viboo develops retrofit-friendly building automation solutions that use AI to improve energy efficiency without major interventions.

The financing enables viboo to enter the German market and further develop its AI-based cloud platform from an energy management tool into a comprehensive building management solution.

The team included Michael Baier (Corporate/M&A) and Dominique Mattmann (Corporate/M&A).
