Deal: Wenger Vieli advises Inyova on its asset management licence and financing round

Wenger Vieli assisted Inyova, a digital impact investing platform, in obtaining its asset management licence from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and its financing round with Abendrot. Abendrot has been specializing in sustainable pension solutions since 1984. Inyova plans to use the funds to drive further growth and expand its offerings within Switzerland.
