Deal: Wenger Vieli Real Estate advised Beyond Gravity on the sale-and-lease-back transaction of the former Contraves site in Zurich-Seebach

Wenger Vieli advised Beyond Gravity in connection with the sale-and-lease-back of the 37,500 m² industrial and development site in Zurich-Seebach, known as the former Contraves site, to the City of Zurich.

Beyond Gravity is a globally recognized manufacturer of satellite products and launch vehicle structures. The company is a subsidiary of RUAG, a well-established Swiss enterprise active in the defense, aerospace, and space industries, owned by the Swiss Confederation.
