Deal: Wenger Vieli supported 3i on the sale of its participation in MAIT
Wenger Vieli supported 3i Group on all Swiss legal aspects regarding the sale of its participation in MAIT to DBAG Fund VIII, a private equity fund advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG).
Headquartered in Rottweil, Germany, MAIT is a leading digitalization partner for mid-market customers, serving more than 7,000 clients, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Since 2021, 3i has worked closely with MAIT’s management to drive significant growth, including 14 acquisitions, a doubling of EBITDA and a substantial increase in recurring revenues.
With DBAG as its new partner, MAIT is well positioned to continue its growth trajectory and strengthen its role as a leading provider of Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and IT services across the DACH region and beyond.
