New Management Team at Wenger Vieli as of 1 July 2025
In line with the proven rotation model, Wenger Vieli reorganizes its management team every 1.5 years. As of 1 July 2025, a newly formed trio will take over the leadership of the firm.
Bruno Bächli will assume the role of Managing Partner, succeeding Pascal Honold, who has held this position before. As an expert in national and international tax law, Bruno Bächli primarily advises private clients on income, wealth, gift, and inheritance tax matters.
Pascal Honold will remain a member of the management team. Wenger Vieli sincerely thanks him for his dedicated leadership and valuable contributions during his tenure as Managing Partner.
Pascal Honold advises companies, investors, and start-ups on complex transactions, financing rounds, and restructurings. His broad experience in corporate law and M&A makes him a key pillar of the firm’s strategic leadership.
Michael Tschudin is newly appointed to the management team. He brings recognized expertise in Swiss and European competition law, public business law, and M&A. He advises on mandates with a regulatory or transactional focus.
The new management team – composed of Bruno Bächli, Pascal Honold, and Michael Tschudin – is ready to guide Wenger Vieli’s strategic development with foresight and fresh impulses.
A special thank goes to Beat Speck, who was a member of the management team from 2020 to 2025 and led the firm as Managing Partner with vision and commitment. He has played a key role in shaping the development of Wenger Vieli during this time and will be stepping down from the management team on 30 June 2025.
