Our 2025 Promotions

We are pleased to announce our 2025 promotions! Wenger Vieli congratulates Loris Baumgartner, Nathalie Germann, Dominik Rietiker, Dr. Dominique Roos and Michelle Wiki on their career advancement and new title of Senior Associate.

Loris Baumgartner has been with Wenger Vieli as an attorney since 2021. He is part of our Criminal Law team and focuses in particular on white-collar crime, litigation and arbitration, compliance, as well as internal and regulatory investigations.

Nathalie Germann is a valued member of our Employment and Immigration Law team. Since joining Wenger Vieli in 2020, she has developed into an integral part of the practice. Her main focus is on immigration law, where she successfully supports foreign nationals in obtaining work and residence permits. She also advises clients on a wide range of employment law matters.

Dominik Rietiker has been a key member of Wenger Vieli’s Transaction Team since 2020, including during his one-year postgraduate LL.M. studies in London. He has successfully advised on numerous M&A transactions and financing rounds. In addition, he is active in general commercial and corporate law and is also a notary.

Dr. Dominique Roos has been part of Wenger Vieli as an attorney since 2020. Her practice focuses on pharmaceutical and healthcare law, competition law, data protection, intellectual property, and technology law. With her in-depth expertise—enhanced by her doctoral thesis on health law topics such as drug access and reimbursement—she makes a valuable contribution to legal questions in areas of future relevance.
