Wenger Vieli advised Adresta on the sale to Bucherer on all Swiss tax and legal aspects.

Adresta, a technology start-up from Zurich, will be fully integrated into Bucherer. Customers of the Swiss luxury retailer will benefit exclusively from even more online services in the future. With this acquisition, the Swiss company Bucherer is setting an important milestone in the expansion of its entire digital offering and shopping experience for customers of luxury watches and jewellery.

The team was led by Michael Baier (Partner, Venture Capital / M&A) and included Barbara Brauchli Rohrer (Partner, Tax), Jonas Bühlmann (Senior Associate, Tax), Dominique Mattmann (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A), Dorian Loosli (Legal Advisor, M&A / Venture Capital) and Amina Ouakrim (Junior Lawyer).
