Wenger Vieli advised Almer Technologies on its acquisition by RealWear

In a strategic move to enhance its product portfolio and global market reach, RealWear, a global leader in wearable computing for industrial applications, has acquired Almer Technologies. This acquisition aims to empower frontline workers with cutting-edge technology, redefining the industrial AR landscape.

Wenger Vieli supported Almer Technologies in all Swiss legal and tax matters related to this milestone transaction.
