Wenger Vieli advised the lead investor Redalpine Opportunity Fund on all Swiss legal aspects in this financing round alongside other Series D Investors.
The funds are intended to expand the startup's core business and enables the company to facilitate the trading of used vehicles. Industry experts predict a significant market share for car subscription by 2030, as car subscriptions offer an ideal alternative to buying and leasing cars.
