The Athlete Compass is a service offered to all athletes that Swiss sportswear brand On partners with. Led by Olympic champion Nicola Spirig and Noemí Haag, it provides athletes with comprehensive support that extends beyond traditional sponsorship. The program offers targeted support in areas such as physical and mental well-being, nutrition, media training and personal branding coaching, legal, and career development coaching.

This now also includes dedicated legal and tax counseling, provided by the Wenger Vieli Sports Desk. The Wenger Vieli Sports Desk is made up of sports enthusiasts and experts, including former professional athletes, who understand the unique financial and tax challenges athletes face, competing in international environments. Their support within the program ensures that athletes can navigate legal and tax matters with confidence, whether locally or internationally, so their focus can remain on their athletic career.
