Marcel Boller

Marcel Boller works mainly in the areas of pharmaceutical and health law, human research law, intellectual property law, data protection law, and competition law.

In his areas of expertise, Marcel Boller advises and represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings. He also publishes scholarly articles on a regular basis.

 

After taking his doctorate at the University of Zurich, Marcel Boller worked as a junior lawyer at Poledna Boss Kurer AG and Poledna RC in the areas of health and pharmaceutical law as well as general administrative law. Thereafter, as a trainee and legal clerk at the General Secretariat of the Department of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich, he participated in legislative proceedings concerning data protection and drafted appellate decisions in this respect.
