Jonas Bühlmann specializes in national and international tax law. He advises in particular on company acquisitions and mergers, reorganizations, restructuring, and real estate matters. He is also a co-author of “iusNet Steuerrecht”, which provides monthly updates on developments in jurisprudence and legislation.
