Already as a junior lawyer at Wenger Vieli, Andrea Frey gained practical experience. Since his admission to the bar in 2022, he has been mainly practicing in the areas of M&A, venture capital, private equity as well as labor and employment law. In his capacity as a civil law notary of the Canton of Zug, he also provides notarial services.
