Regula Grunder works mainly in banking and financial market law. She advises Swiss and foreign financial service providers on regulatory and private law issues.
In particular, Regula Grunder assists Swiss and foreign financial institutions such as banks, securities dealers, asset managers, fund management companies, representatives of collective investment schemes and other financial intermediaries in regulatory matters, including advice on licensing procedures and private law issues.
Prior to working as a lawyer, Regula Grunder worked in the legal department of a bank and with criminal investigation authorities. She studied at the University of Geneva and completed her post-graduate studies in international business law at the University of Zurich.
