Dominique Mattmann is a passionate attorney specializing in venture capital and start-ups. As co-founder of our Start-up Desk, she assists technology-based startups in all stages of growth, from incorporation through financing rounds to exit transactions, including the structuring of spin-offs and the implementation of employee incentive programs.
