Stefan Müller works primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, immigration law as well as general corporate and commercial law.
His main focus is on comprehensive advice in connection with international and national M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity financing as well as comprehensive advice in connection with all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents his clients' interests in litigation before the state courts.
Other key activities include advising and assisting clients in the area of immigration law, as well as the provision of notarial services as a civil law notary of the canton of Zug.
Prior to joining Wenger & Vieli Ltd. as a lawyer, Stefan Müller had already worked as counsellor, and before that as an intern in our law firm. He graduated in law from the University of Lucerne in 2012. In the same year, Stefan Müller was awarded the title of Masters of Law (LL.M.) by the Duke University School of Law, Durham. In 2013, he passed the bar examination of the US State of New York and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2014. He was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Switzerland in 2015.
Stefan Müller is on the board of the Immigration and Naturalization Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) as well as the board of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Zug. He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of AIJA (International Young Lawyers' Association). Finally, he is a member of the board of multiple companies.
