About

Urs Weber-Stecher has been active as a party representative and arbitrator in international arbitration for over 20 years, in recent years mainly as an arbitrator and for the last several years also as a mediator in commercial matters. He has also advised and represented companies on antitrust matters for many years.

“As an arbitrator and mediator, you not only have to be professionally on top of the game, but you also need to have the ability to quickly grasp different cultural backgrounds and interpersonal aspects of a given situation and to incorporate them in the negotiation and decision-making process. That suits me well and is something I particularly enjoy.”

Urs Weber-Stecher speaks German and English.
