As a lawyer and co-founder of the Wenger Vieli Start-up Desk, Michelle Wiki guides start-ups from their incorporation, through financing rounds and employee participation, all the way to exit transactions as well as investors on investments in Swiss Start-ups. She is particularly dedicated to promoting female founders and supporting them from a legal perspective. Additionally, Michelle Wiki, a former professional athlete, continues to be actively involved in the sports sector. Through her legal counsel, she supports athletes, sports clubs, and associations, seamlessly blending her passion with her profession. Her expertise lies in venture capital, private equity, and M&A.
