His forensic and advisory practice focuses on financial services (banking and insurance law) and inheritance law. Nicolas Bracher is co-head of the Financial Services practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd.
Nicolas Bracher has more than ten years of professional experience in civil and administrative judicature. He holds a doctorate in civil procedural law and received an LL.M. in insurance law from Queen Mary University of London in 2015.
Nicolas Bracher regularly has articles published in peer-reviewed journals and reference books on topics in his specialist areas. Occasionally, he also gives talks at conferences.
