Michael Tschudin

About

Michael Tschudin works primarily in the areas of Swiss and European competition law and public business law, as well as M&A. He heads the ICT/IP/Competition Law Team at Wenger Vieli. He has been a lecturer in antitrust and intellectual property law at the University of St. Gallen since 2015 and a board member of the Digital Switzerland Foundation since 2021.
