Marc Walter specializes in the areas of international and national M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital, and corporate restructuring, as well as general corporate and commercial law. He provides support to his clients in particular with respect to corporate succession planning and all phases of the life cycle of private equity and venture capital investments.
